At Newmarket this week two yearlings have been purchased and have arrived in the yard on Wednesday to settle in before breaking and training. The first is a colt by Dark Angel out of a Teofilo dam called Redmaven, from a US family with several black type winners in her line and also closely related to Arch Swing with Group 1 place form at Newmarket and Leopardstown. Pictured here, he is to be owned by a partnership and looks to have plenty of speed and quality in his pedigree.
