In the first race at Warwick yesterday Denis was very happy with the way that Sheila's Spirit ran his 2m 5f event, staying on well under a nice ride from Harriet Tucker. After his bumper runs and three hurdle races he is now eligible for a handicap mark and so he will take his chance of winning a suitable hurdle race in the near future. Givepeaceachance travelled well and moved up smoothly into contention under Daryl Jacob before falling two out when she was holding every chance of winning her second competitive hurdle. We are pleased to report she is absolutely fine the day after her spill and that she will be looking for an opportunity to return to the winners enclosure very soon.
